Project Development Services

To study and evaluate with recommendations the award of contracts to contractors on behalf of the owner. 
To study the sufficient provisions in the contract documents and its enforcement before the commencement of the works. 
To procure the preparation of documents relating to the implementation of the project including bills and quantities. 
To report and obtain owner’s approval on all modifications or alternatives to its design and specifications. 
To conduct progress meetings and the necessary reporting to ensure the variation orders and progress payments are in order. 
To liaise and work closely with all the consultants and relevant authorities and ensure the application for the building are approved on time.
